Hi Paul there must be a issue with messages as can't send. I had the 3.0tdi then got the 4.2tdi after it got written off aquaplaning. The 4.2tdi is a better engine and more powerful and economy is roughly on par with 4.2tdi. The intakes i had no problems with they are built better than bmws and you probably never have an issue, I had a prepared set of intakes. The ones im seling can be modified just the same. There's no downsides, power delivery remains/ if not better with clean intakes and noticed better mpg as well. Hope this helps.
