Morning Nick: no major updates on the plans for Thursday yet, other than to say that that:

(a) Ray's still not clear yet on whether/when he could join us for a mini-catch up before/after (he's rightly wants to focus on supporting Lyn), so I think we should go ahead with a pre-funeral catch up, as he's more likely to be tied up afterwards, and before feels more appropriate for a number of reasons.

(b) Jim's not on WhatsApp, so I think we'll use the PM facility on here (for the 4 of us...) and I'll send something round either tonight or tomorrow.

That'd be lovely if you could attend, and I think it would be great if we could meet up beforehand, particularly as I think Ray may feel it more appropriate afterwards to stay with Lynne, so before may be the only chance we get to congregate as a group, though the forecast is for rain, which will make a sad day even more sombre...

I'll suggest this to Ray and Jim, and then set up a private group conversation for us on this at the start of next week so we can stay connected on the arrangements - would you be happy to do that via WhatsApp, if that's easier?
