Contacted the seller before purchase to confirm part number and they replied quickly and sent a photo of the Audi stamp. Once purchased the item was delivered quickly and was well packaged. The item was in good condition with very little damage you would expect from a used part nearly 20 years old. Would definitely use them again for parts for my car.

The item desciption was accurate. Unfortunately, the item was damaged in transit due to an accident at the courier company and was rendered unusable. My feedback is positive because of the way the seller dealt with the situation. I received a genuine apology and an instantaneous refund. The seller was customer-focussed, efficient and courteous.
