The best thing to do (especially on a D3 which has much bigger arches anyway) is the get the tyres on your wheels then fit them and measure the gap to the arch position that you want, then fit spacers to suit and you will get the right position. There are many combinations of tyre make/type and wheel ET which will contribute to a different result of where the outside of the tyre actually ends up in relation to the arch
