Top left rocker gasket
Hi peeps looking for my power steering fluid I thought I just check the engine itself. On the left bank (fuel filter side) I can see some very little oil seepage, it looks old so not 100% sure if it is leaking. How hard are the gasket to change? Can a basic diy’er change it or is it a indie job? Also would it be good to change both sides?
Thanks |

I got my one changed on the passenger side while back(in the local garage) due oil drips on the manifold and then evaporates and being sucked into the cabin(kinda annoying). It has been more likely fixed but still see some oil residue on the side/bottom of the block as see on the picture(passengers side near the firewall) when I saw the mechanic is clearly DIY job (just get around stupidly placed star screws near the rear lover part of the cover) I am planning to get my one re-done myself once it gets warmer. |

PS: I am from SE London so you can come and watch me and enjoy few bottles of beer. (I went to Meantime brewery yesterday and tasted Espresso coffee beer...tasted like a alcoholic coffee so I might get that one:ROFL::ROFL:) |
Yeah most definitely! Sorry will stick to soft drinks as not a alcohol drinker+++
