How to dismantle the centre arm rests?
 

Is there a how to guide to this anywhere or does anyone have any instructions on how to do it? My passenger side one has an extremely annoying rattle. It vibrates away all the time, weighing it down with your arm attenuates it slightly but not much.

Ive tried stuffing a cloth in there to put pressure on the hinge but it doesnt work, I suspect it has something to do with the ratcheting mechanism inside it to adjust the height as its less annoying when the armrest is up a few clicks, except that is uncomfortable when I am luxuriating :rolleyes:

I dont want to go in all guns blazing with screwdrivers etc to pull it apart and end up scratching it or breaking it. Any help gratefully recieved.
