4.2 Tdi EGR removal
 

Mines been deleted during the remap. Tuner wasn't certain about blanking plates as well.

What say you?

If it has been disabled there is no point putting a plate in as the plunger is closed anyway.

As described in my VCDS post the EGR seems to be throwing a fault code despite being mapped out.

The mapper says the ECU has been set to show valve closed and therefore no flow and thinks that this isn't working. He suggests blanking plates.

Does anyone have a source? Description of how to fit?
