I've blinded myself!!!!!
OK, so I've recently purchased some 'proper' polishes, and have been outside today starting to give the car the once over. Well maybe the 4-5 times over!!!
So I'm there, having completed 1/2 the bonnet, to do the usual before and after comparison, and have been pleasantly surprised to see a definite result. +++ However, my advice to all potential detailers out there.......don't try to get a pic of the sun reflecting off your bodywork after polishing :tuttut: ......I now have the sun burnt onto the back of my bloody retina, so am now going to eat my lunch. Pics will be up later.....assuming I can still see to take them :p |
Oh noo, unlucky Tony. Thanks for the tip. I've got a good few days of detailing before me. Can't wait to see the pics.

Done for the day....possibly
Gotta go get the kids from nursery, which today means about an hours walking return trip. So pics later, I'm very pleased with the results, but it's by no means complete yet. :D Oh yeah, I have my sight back too now :D |
Glad to hear your sights back, I'm half way there been going at it since 12, feel like collapsing!
