Thanks everyone for the mrssages received. Gwen was a lovely lady.

Strange how things happen, twice this week I've driven along a road that I have not used in years. During one of them I was able to give Johnmed's son Tom a wave as he watched my drive by from his bedroom window.
Having done Delamere Forest and Wrexham this week, I'm off to Torquay tomorrow for five days. I suggest that if you see me coming you run away.

I don't normally drive on my side.

If you drive an 8 on its side (∞), would that take you to infinity (and beyond)? :)

Good man. Keep on trucking... or should that be 'Keep on coaching'? :)

Still working, and it is working for me.
Just home after a three day Edinburgh including last night at the Tattoo.
It was rather warm this afternoon driving south from Carlisle on the M6. That very hot thing in the sky was burning me through the windscreen.

Good to hear, Ray.

If you don't like that hot thing in the sky, send it over here.

It is even hotter in Germany:D
I left home at 00:10 UK time this morning
Booked on the 06:36 train off Folkestone but they let me on the 05:36
Arrived at the Hotel at 15:20.
Tired but a shower and two cuppas sorted me
Now the others have arrived so I won't encroach on the correspondants news area.
