Front seat belts

Does anyone know if the two front seat belts are interchangeable or if the the belts themselves can be swapped? Or even if they’re available new?

My driver’s belt is looking well worn after 193K miles, but all the second hand ones are in a similar state. But the passenger belts are, as you might expect, in much better nick.

They are handed unfortunately. A passenger side from a LHD model might be an option though?

Can you not just get it re-webbed?
