D2 right hand boot trim door
 

Has anyone got one of these boot side panel doors please? They were fitted to models with the 110Ah battery (W12 or heated front windscreen afaik). Part number is 4d0863476d but there are none on an ebay worldwide search so they seem to be quite rare. Our sponsors have only ever had one, back in 2013.

Very rare in deed.

You only get that if you have auxiliary heating afaik, to house the bigger battery required to run it all with the engine not running, and in the cold.

If you have heated windscreen, you do get a panel on the right hand side, but is flat, no bump at the bottom as no extra battery capacity as heated screen only runs when engine is on.

And as aux heating wasn't an option in the UK, you need to be stalking further afield for probably one of the rarest boot trims of them all +++

Oops, no I'm not! :o I bought the flat version. (If I had I would have been happy to swap as I don't need the bulge)

TDI D2 might have had the enhanced battery thinking about it, and possibly the W12, but not much experience again with them being LHD only....

I bought brand new flat high panel from Holland in 2014 but that website does not work any more. The part number without bulge is 4d0863476c and they should be more common if the one without bulge is acceptable.

Thanks guys. I didn't know there was a full panel without the bulge - that would be preferable actually :)

Ainarssems - I didn't find that number when I was searching Etka as it shows it on the diagram as the left panel, despite being the part number for the right panel! Sadly no hits on C either but thanks +++

The one I bought from A8parts in January 2014 was described by them as "Audi A8 D2 S8 OS Right Boot Compartment Cover 4D0863476C-54682".

One web site I found describes it as: AUDI 4D0863476C cover; for vehicles with auxiliary; heater; right

is this what was fitted with diesels PF with a webasto heater ?

might know where to source one , albeit at a silly price and not in the uk !
what you willing to pay ?

Could you not get one from a audi rs6 A6 c5 im sure they would fit the same
