That looks to be a USA import judging by the mahoosive bumpers and tiny plate mount on the back. It's rare, but I don't think it's worth £10k rare.

There's a literally Spanish (as in location and Manuel box) S8 on the same site? More money though.....

I've been looking at 200's (only on screen) for the past few years and when I saw this one I thought it was a little on the expensive side. Especially since it's LHD, a drab colour (to my taste) and had a rather rough looking steering wheel that would benefit from being replaced.
If you are looking for a LHD car then to gauge prices, from a much bigger choice, have a look here:

There's also a few Classic Audi Facebook pages that have them pop up from time to time. A guy in Milton Keynes was selling a LHD car recently on Facebook that looked much better value than this. However the car was still in his Polish garage at the time he was selling it (and I think it may have been taken now anyway).

About a 1.5yrs ago there was this RHD Pearl White example for sale near Belfast that didn't get snapped up for quite a while and from the photos it looked concours. And that was for £9k (although it was also advertised for £8k at the time too)

(this was a 10v version though and not a 20v so not the best comparison).

I'm no expert (far from it), but the car you've looked at doesn't tick that many boxes for me. But if it does for you then good stuff. You don't get much to choose from this side of the Chunnel
EDIT: Just noticed that you're not this side of the Chunnel anyway

I reckon the km/h Speedo says otherwise, unless it's been replaced.
A Canada car would most likely have a dual mph/kph Speedo on it.
Audi 200's were also badged Audi 5000 in the US and would have been 99.9999% automatics. That 200 badge on the boot blends with the rest of the car and looks original to me.

I agree the rear numberplate hole is a bit on the small side...

This Euro model on Wikipedia has the same bumpers:

Could be Japanese? They have a bizarre fascination with left hookers as a status symbol?
