thats a lot of power to put through just the rear wheels with no mod cons like traction control etc etc! Crazy car! Didnt the MET try to have the realse of these stopped origanally? |
Don't know if it was the Met specifically or just the police in general because they wouldn't have anything that could catch it, but yes they tried to have it stopped or at least limited :)

Yeah I remember that had just bought a huge fleet of Vauxhall Senators and apparantly had know knowledge at the time of the Lotus Caltons imminent release, who knows if they did they may have ordered some themselves like they do know days with the Evos and Imprezas

I can vouch for the fact that Kent Traffic police had at least one, because it was one of them that caught me, having got me on the zap gun at 149.6 on the A2 inn my old XR4i (modified)
