Annual Meet 2018: hotel booking and attendance list
As promised, here are the hotel details. Please note that, when booking (because the hotel is effectively closed to other bookings for a month) you need to quote a booking password: "A8 Forum".
As I said last night, there should be around 22 rooms left (rooms 19 & 17 are being refurbished but will be ready for June). Rooms 20- 28 are doubles (23 & 25 have facilities for disabled people) and 28 also has a double sofa bed. Rooms 30 - 38 are also doubles (38 also has a double sofa bed). Room 2 has twin beds and rooms 9, 17 & 19 are pet friendly rooms. The hotel is Durker Roods Hotel in Meltham (close to Holmfirth). Telephone 01484 851413 (and don't forget the password: A8 Forum). And the rates: £70 per room, per night, including breakfast. More about the planned programme of events once we've checked out a route and possible 'attractions' (the possibles list is already too long!). Please copy & paste the list and add your name when you've booked (even if you book somewhere else). 1. Mark (moltuae): Room 1 booked 2 nights (1st & 2nd June 2018) 2.
