Time for a good clean and polish

Been meaning to give the S8 a decent clean and polish and finally use the DA polisher. The results were much better than I had expected. The wheels were refurbished a year ago and still look brand new. The paintwork came out really well and I managed to get all of the light scratches and swirls out. This was my first attempt at doing anything like this so if I can do it, anyone can

I used

Megs Hyperwash snow foam
Some 'normal' car wash
Iron X fallout remover
G3 Clay mitt
G3 quick detailer spray
3M scratch and swirl remover used with Megs cutting pad and Megs DA polisher
Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner
Blackfire paint sealant
3M Scotch blue masking tape

Nice result!

I've been wanting to do this myself for ages. Bought the DA and everything. Finding an entire day to devote myself is tough though - too much lockdown house maintenance, home schooling, and now we're in winter (and any other excuse I can think of!).

That's a good result +++ and well worth the effort.

Thanks gents. I too had put it off for months and made excuses (to myself lol) but eventually decided it's time to do it. Well worth it
