He happens to live a stones throw from the local crematorium...…
(Where my in-laws and several other family members have their ashes scattered)

He is hard on the brakes, scrubbing speed having just realised there is a camera, I am assuming that photo is event 1.

Maybe that photo is the 78mph one! I suspect he's going to be spending some time at Her Majesty's pleasure for 151mph :eek:

Yep, that is full hard braking if he dropped anchor at 151mph just before the camera!

The man needs his licence torn up though. We all like speed but doing that on UK roads is deplorable.

Could that be his average through detection area while hard on the brake and before the camera he was going a lot faster? (yes I know the pictures are a fixed time apart and it’s how many of those horizontal lines you travel in that time) He looks hard on the brakes on both pictures.
I’m not sure if the close up, is a zoomed in version or from the second camera that some types have. Is he not on this forum? Perhaps he could comment and give his side before he goes to prison.

what is the top end speed of the S8 in question? does anybody know? when does the limiter kick in? i've heard that most of the time it doesn't?? :Confused:

I tinkered with something I found in VCDS on mine which removes any limiter and thought I wouldn't ever get a chance to test the 155mph buffer, but on the German trip in August I got to 177mph (285kph on the digital) and it was still climbing steadily before I got a bit scared, settled back down to leisurely 100mph allowing the D2 convoy catch up, but I have no idea what they can physically get to. 186mph/300kph is the next milestone I guess.
