Another trip for the 8 next month :) (9th Sept)
 

The 8 is such a wonderful car to cover a distance in, and to be honest, according to the computer it uses approximately half the fuel on a decent run, than using it locally....

So I booked my flight last night and I'll be heading off down the M4 to Essex again on the 9th September, before heading to the airport to fly off to meet the GF's parents (& her of course!) abroad :)

So keep your eyes open for a silver PF being driven as an S8 is meant to be driven (except in the avg speed zones)

Yes, it'll be after 5, will be leaving here at about 4.30, so I'd anticipate by 7ish... :)

I must say that it was a pleasure to meet up with Neil and Guy, have a coffee and chinwag. Thanks very much for the hospitality gents, and the chance to look over the '8's, they are rather special :)

My trip went brilliantly, in fact it couldn't have been any better :)

I'm scheduled be off out there again in November, after this year's round of exams are over and a few other details are sorted out, so there's a good chance I'll drop by again.

So, take care in the meantime, and thanks once again Neil & Guy...

Hi Richard - what time are you passing?
Guy is away at the moment and I'm doing some consultancy work on Thursday over the other side of Swindon for most of the day then I have to go and collect a car from Oxfordshire and bring it back to the workshop in the early evening so I guess a lot of it depends on timings! Let me know when youre passing on the way back too. +++
