Filling the washer bottle
Anyone else notice that if you leave the engine running whilst filling the window washer bottle, after the dashboard warning has told you it’s empty, it doesn’t reset until you stop the engine and start again. Quite annoying. Is there something I should be pressing?
On a related note I have finally managed to set the nozzles correctly so they actually clean my windscreen and not the car behind me or just the front of the wipers!! What a pain with a needle but worth the effort! Lots of trial and error but got there in the end, I do like even water distribution and hate it too low/too high! |

The Skoda jets were one of the very first upgrades I made to my car. I love them! it's great that you can adjust them with a small allen key too.
As it turned out, I had a gunked-up washer fluid filter, so the pressure in my car was awful. 20mins and a quick fix later and all is right in the world. :) |
