Winter tyres size advise

I'm running 275/35/20 at the mo
Would there be a really ugly difference if I replace with 265/40/20 winters?
20mm bigger in radius
Set I'm after is from d4

they should be ok but very expensive
try and find the same size or buy a set of second hand 19" wheels tyres are much cheaper
or start looking for second hand ones
