What in the cousin-loving, Alabama, tar-nation, Betty Crocker, Aunt Jemima, Dr Oetkler is this?
I did a search, could not find any info - how is this single grille done on a D2?

A German company whose name escapes me did a body kit for the D2 to make it look like a D3!
This may be that monstrosity.

Thats been for sale for ages.... was > 6.5K from memory.

Half the appeal of the D2 is that lovely classic split grill imo....

Agreed - if the car was sound and priced well then I guess taking the kit off would be an option.
