Secondary air pump code

Hope all is well
I just wanted to pick the groups brain to see if anyone many have any pointer. Over the past month I have been getting the EML coming on every 3-4 day and when I pull the code I get the

Secondary air pump insufficient flow bank 1 and 2
Clear it and within a few days it back

I had the old pump replaced and the pipe from the pump to the air filter refitted as it was missing when it was checked.
Not sure if I can hear the pump on start-up ..think that I can.

Are there any places that I should have the garage check over. They told me that they will check the lines and also run a test to check the pump and make sure the Kombi valves are working.
.Any one had a similar problem

check the vacuum lines.

I had this code and the vac lines to the fuel kombi valves on both sides were mostly missing.

They were also perished at the front of the engine

Great thanks will do. I did give them a check but it was in the dark with my
Phone light so not the best. Will get the garage to check
