When I passed my test [1986] my "A" registered Mazda 626 1.6 [my Dad's old Company Car that he bought off them for me] was only £110 +++ :)
And when Mrs Cozza passed her test [1991] her "Y" registered 1982 1.3 Polo was only £95! [She told me in March]

You can easily add another 0 on the end of that, you won't get insurance for any car for much less than £2k per annum at that age.

Me and Mrs Cozza will get a bit pee'd off by that :rolleyes:

Joel [my lad] is always "boasting" over a Audi A8 4.2 Quattro LPG he found in Preston for under £5,000 :D

I checked on my iPhone about how much the insurance will be, and it was £950 :(

I guess he meant £180/month

yep..... £1050 when learning and went up to £3600 for my 17 year old when he passed his test last year:eek:

just renewed it last month with one years NCD for TPF&T its "only" £2100 this year:rolleyes:

TBH, I'd look at something in the group 3-4 category for insurance to keep it down for at least the first year.
