Remove leather stain
Some wreckless previous owner has had a ago at restaining the rear seat, making it look like tea colour!, as my interior trim is beige cream, how can i go about lifting off the old leather dye? :( +++

Hi, if they recoloured and did not seal, you may find it comes off with an intensive leather cleaner, such as Glyptone (think that is how it is spelt). I remember cleaning the oatmeal seats on my old XJ a few years ago and ending up with a patch where it removed a prior owners/dealers repair - however in my case I could not tell beforehand that a repair had been done. Cost me £115 to get it resprayed and sealed.
Good luck Mark |
Thanks Mark

Might be worth finding a leather repair specialist, I used one recently to repair scratches to the seat bolster on the RS6, was surprisingly cheap and did a great job+++
