Is anyone likely to want any of these to replace damaged/lost ones; not a full set though?

I've got "some" which were sold as a full set but due to unnoticed pre-sale damage is actually incomplete.

I could probably return them for a refund, but that would waste 2 lots of postage.

If I keep them is there likely to be any interest? If not I'll send them back.
I would happily pass them on in person at a suitable meet, at "mates rates" to cover my outlay.

Hi Andrew - have you got pictures of these? I can't remember if these are the same ones as those that I have on my "Avus" wheels - I suspect you'll probably be able to advise me ;)

It's this type Stephen, though the ones I do have are not perfect due to surface scratches. Nothing a respray wouldn't fix though.

Thanks Andrew - not sure at the moment, I'm away from home (and not with Herman :tuttut: ), so I can't remember or check till next week: if Tjalling's need is more pressing, then I'm happy to pass.

Remember this isn't a "For Sale" thread, I'm just trying to decide whether to keep hold of these or send back. ;)

Assuming you're talking about the wheels yours was on when it was at Excel, those are FL Avus so these caps won't fit. FL caps are still available new though if you need some since they were also used on the C5 S6 which isn't 15 yet. About £28+vat iirc.

Maybe I'll set up an auction at the annual met? :ROFL:

I think MJ's right, I'll double check when I get back (or maybe just look at a picture of my car instead...)
