LPG expertise in Doncaster
 

Hi LPG fans,

I needed an MOT and an LPG certification (yes, my car wasn't on the LPG register - good learning for future purchases...).

The only place that could do both local to me (South Yorkshire) was Auto Services Doncaster. They did the jobs at a reasonable price, on time and were flexible with their bookings.

While there I noticed that they were proper motor ENGINEERS rather than fitters. Records, replacement cylinder heads, didn't seem fazed by real big jobs.
I have had experience of garages that really were turned off anything tricky.

They quoted me £800 inc VAT for the full 3.7 belts, tensioner, pump and "everything you can get at" job that The Laird spotted needed doing on this car before I even bought it!

Don't go if you want fancy waiting rooms and subservient staff though. Telling it like it is wasn't a challenge for these guys. I like to know where I stand but some folks might find them a little "direct" imho.
