OK Boys and Girls - here are the details from Myself and TinTin so far on our next annual meet. . . . we have also engaged the services of The Laird, Briang and David to help with administration of everything as they did such a great job last year! Connor will be taking photos and videos throughout the weekend so I'm looking forwards to even more photographic evidence of a great meet along with various video options!

As most of you in our survey expressed a preference for NORTH WALES and SNOWDONIA, thats exactly where we are going!!

They have a total of 11 En Suite Bedrooms and have agreed to give us 10% off the B&B rates shown on the website as a discount
When you call or email to book just mention the Audi A8/S8 Owners meeting at the end of May as they have already reserved out all the rooms for us to book.
They have a mixture of Double Rooms, Twin rooms and a Family room which sleeps 2 adults and 4 kids maximum.
Rooms in the station house on the G/Floor are able to accommodate dog owners for £5 a day additional charge.
They have parking for about 40 cars in their main car park and we should pretty well have taken over the whole hotel for friday lunchtime through to sunday lunchtime!
If you'd like to stay elsewhere nearby or camp then please phone and talk to James as they are very helpful and have overflow arrangements with nearby hotels and details of a local campsite nearby with pods to camp in if you dont want to pitch your own tent etc. They also know of an "overflow hotel" over the toll bridge that we can expand into once we fill the main hotel rooms

The setting is lovely, just outside of the town of Dolgellau, on the banks of an estuary and overlooking the mountains and hills, there is also a beautiful old toll bridge for vehicles adjacent to the hotel to get across the estuary, so plenty of opportunities for photos videos etc

Inchcape Audi have generously agreed to bring a selection of vehicles on Saturday for us to look at, drool over, play with buttons on and hopefully either test drive or be driven around a local scenic test circuit route we have worked out for your driving pleasure. We are hoping to see a mix of vehicles such as A8's and cars beginning with R, S, or RS!! :D
