Edinburgh Tattoo 2018 Last Night
 

Just had four days in Edinburgh.
Main reason to see the very last 2018 Tattoo. It was fantastic. Actually being there is much better than watching on TV.
I'm attaching a photo taken in the hotel foyer before I drove the group to Edinburgh Castle.

Always enjoyed the tattoo, and I'm not surprised you had a great night. My only regret is that I have never been when the Top Secret Drum Corp where performing. Always wanted to see them !

I think I'm right in saying they were performing this year ? Well by a quick google it tells me they were ! Ha !

The trouble with the Top Secret Drum Corps is they're not allowed to tell anyone where they are!
The were excellent though.

For me, the massed pipes and drums makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

Back home from an Eastbourne return in one day.
Thank God for the 8.
Left home at 04:00 and arrived back home at 21:00, don't think that I could have done it in any other car.
Wonder who the Tesla driver was that pulled to the side and let me pass when he realised he could not out accelerate me. He must have had a flat battery!!!
Not only Top Secret and the Massed Bands, the whole shebang was absolutely fantastic.
Just realised that the photo was taken from high up so you cannot see my knobbly knees.
