With the onset of better weather and the "show season" on its way, Ive just treated myself to a "portable washer" - its called a Mobi V17 and I'll let you know what its like once I've tested it more fully.

Its never going to have as much force as a static, plumbed-in pressure washer but it hold 17 litres at a time and can run battery powered for 5-6 tanks at a time plus you can run it from the cigarette lighter so cleaning off the car at shows/meets etc just got easier!

If your car is already waxed and clean under the dirt then it will sure give you enough spray to clean it back off etc. Price I got it for was £135 +++

Need to be careful with these 'over the shoulder' models since when it slips from shoulder it hits the car.

Not even a horse? Mind you, I wouldnt recommend trying to wash a horse with a proper power washer at 20bar. i think that it would get a tad annoyed when you came to the wheel arches..
