Mini Meet in London This Evening!!
 

Hi all

Does anyone fancy meeting up tonight in London??
Myself and 2 others are already meeting up in Wandsworth at around 7:45pm tonight to talk car bollox, probably have some grub and then go in to the cinema and see "The Mummy" in 4DX which is like further enhanced from 3D :D

If anyone fancies coming along then let me know and I'll PM you with details so that you can join us and book yourselves in to the cinema etc +++

Official start time is 21:20pm but it normally actually starts about 15-20 minutes after that

Well gutted, I could make it, but I would be home around 1:30-2am and I have to wake up 6am tomorrow - which normally isnt a problem, but whole week I've had sleepless nights and I am knackered in true meaning.
Such a shame it's not tomorrow as it would be a different story then.

Thanks Marcin shame that - I'm actually picking up a customer at 01:30am in Central London so god knows what time I'll get to sleep! :rolleyes:

I booked tomorrow (Friday) off for Gwen's Sister's funeral in Manchester, 10:00 Southern Cemetry.
Then got lumbered with a 20:00 Manchester to Bristol. I'll do a sleepout and have Saturday at leisure in Chepstow and a slow return drive home.
Unfortunately it won't be in an 8.

I'm more than gutted, car bollox, nice grub, nice movie and lovely cars is what would do me nicely, but I can't explain how exhausted I am.

What part of London are you in? I'm just outside the M25 but WNW (M40 direction roughly)

I am based in East London hackney border/Bow. Don’t might meeting up if we have few turn ups

I'll be up at the Classic Car Show at Excel on either the 24th or 25th feb (sat sun) so maybe we can engineer a mini meet too for the evening :D

I’m in Putney Mon - Fri and work seems to be taking me to Amersham at least 2 random days per week. I can sometimes wangle a weekend in LDN so i’m a possible for the excel event but a weekday evening would be spot-on for me.

I'm only 4 miles from Amersham, towards London. +++

I’ll look out for you!! It’s nice being back in that part of the world, I spent a year in Beaconsfield in the mid-90’s and loved it.

Right gents we have the makings of a South East Mini Meet - go to the new thread HERE if you would like to come along to either the initial meet at Ace Cafe or similar local meet point late morning or lunchtime on SUNDAY 18th FEB with a cruise afterwards to the London Classic Car Show at Excel where TinTin's D2 S8 will be on display in the "Getaway Cars" display curated by Philip Glenister +++

Those who come in their 8 to the Mini Meet can get a Complimentary Entrance Ticket to the show for when we get there, and all can leave at their own suitable timescale from the show
