London Parking
 

Setting off in around 20 mins for that there London and will be heading for the Shoreditch area (Batemans Row).
Anyone know of any good parking around there (cheap and secure)?

You should be OK on street today as there are few restrictions, Sunday is market day. Can't advise on off-street as the only one I use in that area is my son's driveway!

Don't park on what might appear to be a safe private road, many of those are actually council-owned (part of various estates) and have properly-enforceable penalties with wardens patrolling.

Depends on how far away you want to park, near the top end of Swanfield Street usually isn't full.

i had to do the last few miles so got your message while driving.
found street parking about 5 min walk from where we need to be and very cheap.... £5 for 48 hours+++

Back home - 420 miles and used £65 of LPG - not to bad :)

Misses drove 70% - I did the driving around London which was cap but hey-ho.

So - including £5 parking and 3 of us traveled, a bit cheaper than the train or coach I thing +++
