BMW 323i & 328i not for UK?
 

BMW, I know, I apologise in advance :ROFL:

I'm hoping someone on here is a BMW guru, to answer a mystery.

I have been looking around for a hard-top convertible, and was considering a BMW E93. I am surprise that I can not find a single 323i or 328i on autotrader.
No E90's of any version, convertible or otherwise.
Am I missing something, were 323s and 328s never brought to the UK?

definitely no 323 in E9x form, we had 320i (2l inline 4), 325i (3l inline 6), 330i and 335i

Absolutely 100% should look for one with the straight 6 engine, very smooth and sounds sweet. May find 325i a little underpowered though, so look for a 330i or 335i ideally.

On a related not, the later version of BMW's nav system is much much better to use, being HDD rather than DVD, need to be looking at 2008 onwards, although some 2008-09 cars will still have the old system

The giveaway is the kind of controller in centre console when looking at photos - can give you more info if needed

I was hoping to get the newest one possible and avoid the N53 engine. Looks like I'll just have to risk it. Hopefully it will be ok. Definitely want the straight 6, no turbo.
