Our sponsor was my first port of call when I bought the D2 in December. I've happily bought several items from them since, but have been unsuccessful sourcing this rascal from them.

E-bay has flagged a couple up, but thought I'd see if any fellow "forumites" had one sat on a shelf somewhere before purchasing one from Lithuania.
