Got a pair of Eagle F1 Asymetrics fitted yesterday. First impressions are good. Road noise is fine, however they are affected by white lines, I haven't tried ultimate grip yet as I think they need a few hundred miles on them first.

The last pair of Dunlops Sports only did 16k and I'm not sore on tyres.

We shall see....;)

Make sure the pressures are spot on if it's tram-lining

The Tyre Fitter guy took the pressures from the fuel flap.

He cleaned up the wheel tyre bead lands thoroughly and was very careful to protect the rims with s slipper type arrangement on the tyre machine.

New valve carefully fitted, ie he did not use the rim as a fulcrum.

He knew the car needed to be put into Jack Mode as well, he was very professional unlike a KwikFit spotty youth +++

Best check your pressures with your own gauge, you'll probably find that all pressures vary by a couple of pounds

I was referring to a certain track from that iconic album [& having seen the great man live (a very long time ago)] that was also released as a single

Not a concern on a D2 - On the D3 you have air suspension which will go nuts trying to level itself when you jack one corner up - unless you put it in Jacking mode, then it will just let it be... +++
