Typical issues, problems, something what need attention before buying ?
Oil consumption, carbon build up etc ?

I was in the same position as you looking for a nice D4 4.2 FSI.

I went to view the 'fully loaded' car and it wasn't in great shape and so I left it.

Although it had every option available it was very rough.

The first one doesn't look too bad.

I'd try and get one with slightly lower mileage to be honest.

The 4.2 FSi otherwise is superb car and is pretty economical given the size and weight of the car.
