Phone cradle removal tray upgrade
 

Both the D3 I owned had the phone cradle in the tray, it's bugged me since I got them and totally spoils a lovely car, the easiest upgrade you'll do on a D3, buy a tray with no hole thanks to A8parts, pop the arm metal cover and the trim, unscrew and swap, finally a usable tray +++

Yep. Did the same on my PF. Another thing you can do is fit a USB socket in there for charging too

Nice idea would be handy, I have a usb adaptor at the moment. Plenty of times I've needed a flat surface for a large bottle and no place to put it but the floor, plus just looks tidier

Stick an inductive charging loop under the tray for wireless charging +++
