Rear Lid Lining Removal

Gents,

Having trouble locating the two fasteners that hold the grip moulding into the boot liner. I've followed the workshop manual for general body repairs but cant find/uncover these two:-
7 - Bolt, 2 Nm
❑ 2x per moulded recess.
:mad::mad:
Any help anyone??

These screws are difficult to see. (They are items Nš 7 in the diagram and fit through item Nš 8 into item Nš 14.)
I lean backwards into the open boot.
Then look upwards and into the grip.
Using a strong torch/light you will see the recessed screws. They might be covered with plastic pieces to hide them.
The crosspoint head of the screwdriver in the toolbox will fit them.
I find it more difficult to get the so & so's back in.

If you open the document that Neil suggested in a PDF viewer you might find that the actual page is "279"

OK TC4332, thanks for your direction. I knew there was something I was not seeing and it appears to be the camoed screw heads. I too did sit in the boot but could not see them.

Will attempt the same with a 1000 watt light source.

Thankyou for your assistance to both gentlemen above.

Chris
