Just came across this 2 owner, 93K miles D2 S8 Final Edition for an asking price of £4995 on Exchange and Mart

This is on a garage forecourt, so should come with some warranty

Looks to be in very good condition, except wheels need refurbishing

Could be of interest to someone on here, especially considering the mileage

Sale is nothing to do with me, but could be a good buy for someone on here

Good spot, but note it is 2 PREVIOUS owners, meaning 3 owners including present, still low number mind

Also have a big scuff on front near side bumper

Part ex to clear could mean there’s no warranty, but also might mean there’s a deal to be had

Doesn't look to be on their normal sales site, so definitely part exchange and not what they normally sell!

I do miss my old S8 and that's reasonable money. Not silly distance, though also not dangerously around the corner to go and have a look and accidentally buy.

Could I go back from my D3 4.2 sport though.....

Each to their own, but that interior is looks like some footballer has ordered a bright red re-trim.

The normal black interior is more in keeping with the q car appeal.

Still a great find though.

The interior is like Marmite. You either love it or hate it.
In my case I love it as I have one.
The value of this is that it is a genuine Final Edition, with only 93K miles.
Not sure what service history it has though.
Gearbox oil would also need changing if no record of it being done.
Still a good buy for someone who knows and appreciates what it is.
But then I am totally biased as per my signature ++++++ +++:cool:

You really have to see the red trim ‘in the flesh’ to appreciate it. It rarely looks good on a photo for some reason, but in real life, it is very nice indeed - much less ‘footballer’ than you might imagine! I was given a lift in MJ’s car a couple of weekends ago (red leather with black dash, etc), and that is very nice place to be. And Stephen’s FE D2 was in the workshop at the same time - with red trim too! And BTW, my FE does not have red trim!
