If you got VCDS.
Go to headlight range (I think) and in adaption, there is a option in there for tourist mode. There is on my A8 D3. |
Thanks,I don't have VCDS but I'll find a man who has.
|
where are you located?
|
Yep, what Scott said, it's on all Audis with adaptive headlights so only vcds needed, if standard lights there should be a lever on something like that to do it manually
|
Cheers MA8,Scott I'm in Brum

How was it or are you still there??? All went smooth with the lights?? |
Its bloody stupid that this needs to be done with VCDS, is there a chap fom Audi waiting to change the lights for us when we get to other side?
Why its not selectable in the MMI is beyond me. :hammer: |
Oh yeah, that is very stupid, unless Audi will have a little portacabin style ''service station'' on each border crossing with a ''qualified engineer'' who will be there just to change the lights for us.
You can't obviously do that at your main dealer if you leaving later on at night as this will mean that you'll be driving all the way to Dover at night with the wrong beam patter Very very stupid indeed MMI options seems to be the most reasonable one. |
