Can the whole radio wiring harness be uninstalled from the car without cutting the wires apart? Here is a old post of mine that has a couple of pictures that I asked about and MikkiJayne said the connector is for the radio. The last time I was looking at the radio wiring harness there is a lot more wires for the radio then what this connector has. My car had some sort of aftermarket radio add on that was wired to the harness and some of the wires were taken out at one of the connectors. If I can find the whole radio wiring harness that hasn't been modified and can be taken out without cutting any of the wires would be awesome and make it way easier for me to just unplug my wiring harness and plug in the replacement harness then trying to fix mine.

Technically yes (unless you have phone prep), but it is a pretty complicated thing with tendrils in every corner of the car. You have to have the whole interior out, including carpet, door cards, rear shelf, boot lining etc.

Probably easier to fix what you have tbh.

I seem to recall that post where you found a single mystery connector that was identified (probably by MJ) as being for the radio.
However, the OEM radio actually has multiple connections to it in multiple plugs (plus the various aerials), just Google RNS-D connections and you'll get the idea.
There are 4 main multi-pin plugs on an RNS-D backplate. One of those plugs is typically a 3-part splitable multicoloured (yellow, green, blue) one - blue IIRC being the CD changer.

And some of the wires are in loops or series and control circuits so must be kept intact.
So, just be careful, there isn't a single "plug for the radio". ;)

My problem is that I'm no good at soldering so that's why I asked.
