Apologies..........once again I'm being an attachment numpty and struggling with photo attachments! But in the mean time...
2005 4.2 tdi LWB A8 in Night Blue. REG G2GKA
It is a very highly spec'd car:
It has, in no particular order.....ALPINE rear screen entertainment, extended rear console (so only a 4 seater), electrically adjustable and heated rear seats, elec rear side blinds and rear window blind, vented seats, adaptive cruise, 2 cushions (not shown in pics), folding mirrors, xenons, burr walnut trims and discrete lighting on door cards, power closing doors (driver's not working though), solar roof, BOSE sound, front and rear phone handsets, tyre px control (currently de-activated due replacement wheels), DAB radio, Digital TV (added since purchase), voice control, folding table, keyless start and entry, power boot (temperamental) rear vanity mirrors, UV insulating glass and the all important fax machine!
I've probably missed several things out!!
I bought the car in October 2014 and am the 3rd owner. The first thing I thought the car needed was a nice set of wheels, so, within a couple of months I had a lovely set of D4 20 x 9 wheels and clad them in summer tyres, which still have loads of tread left!
I bought the car privately from a guy in Aylesbury, who was the son in law of the original buyer. I'm led to believe the original buyer paid approx. £94K.
When the 1st owner bought the car he ticked many options, but, appeared to have missed the wheel option page!!
Most of the above pics are from the original ad from when I bought the car - hence the old wheels. The car is also shown with its 20" OE Audi wheels.
Also, not long after buying the car, I purchased genuine S8 mirror caps and a digital TV module (from a forum member).
The mirror caps beautifully compliment the colour scheme of the car.
The car has plenty of Audi service documentation present and all other literature required for the car.
The last service I performed myself using OE parts and Castrol Edge oil (being the anorak I am I even took photos of the service showing parts used).
The car is in very good condition overall and is a real classy looking car.
The car will come with:
the shown D4 20" wheels and original 18" wheels (which have the pressure senders in) and a set of 4 20" Dunlop AO winter tyres - with at least 6.5mm tread.
The private plate - G2GKA.
There 4 keys present
I realise the D4s have come down in price and I may be punching above my weight here, but, I'm looking for £8995 for the car. Happy to negotiate price by removing the 20" wheels.
The car is currently in Lancashire but may be heading to Buckinghamshire in next few weeks. Not desperate to sell but not really using car any more. The plan is to sell this car and my wife's A6 allroad and buy an over-priced VW Transporter!
Pls PM me if you have any questions......thanks for looking.

It's not for me, but you might want to mention mileage and service history...

madcjd 9th February 2017 04:41 PM

Oops!
Knew I'd missed something.....had to rush off for school run!
Mileage is 143k.
Service history is full - fully documented with a mix of Audi and specialist in Aylesbury. Last service completed by myself approx 12k miles ago.
Just had new battery.
I'll review history and highlight/publish any important work carried out.

I'm obviously way out on pricing, so, Open to serious offers......................

It will be going on the web later this week.

I've no idea if the price is fair or not, but you have to remember this forum is a limited audience of people who generally already own an A8 and are not necessarily in the market for another

I suspect the usual websites for selling will be your best bet

Fair comment.

I now have a first viewer for the car - a week today.

Out of curiosity, what did you get for it in the end?
