Wedding car and bump

Over in Ireland for a wedding and used my S8 for the mother of the bride and to then bring the mother and father back to the castle hotel.
Attachment 20056 Attachment 20057 Attachment 20058 Unfortunately one of the guests reversed into the side of my car causing only a little damage. I see a little dent but mostly light scratches. Any idea if it'll be a suitable job for one of the paintless dent removal people? The guest is also a family member and will pay to sort it but don't want to make it too expensive! Do the scratches disappear when wet? If so its conceivable they could be polished out.
Dean from Dentcure in Exeter could sort the dent. It takes some special skill to work with aluminium but he has worked his magic on a few D2s for me and always comes through. He's usually booked up a couple of months in advance and he'll probably want the car for the day, but you could always go shopping in Exeter for the day +++ |

Thanks for the recommendation about Dentcure, MJ, I'll get in touch with him later. It's a tiny dent but right on the crease for the wheel arch. |

Thanks to the recommendation from MJ I visited Dentcure in Exeter. Dean is a very pleasant chap and is a magician when working with dents, I highly recommend him to anyone here. Unfortunately the scratches were a little too deep but he was able to touch them up.
I may be back again for a dent on the driver's door which has been there since I bought the car. Would be better than replacing the door and far cheaper than a bodyshop. Here are the after photos: Attachment 20218 Attachment 20219 |
You have no luck i've had good work from dent devils, gutted to hear somebody hit it though
