No PRND lights at all.

Hi, yesterday all my PRND lights were on and car wouldn't shift so I read on the internet about fully charging the battery and the disconnecting it for 15mins to reset error codes.

This morning the PRND lights don't even come on.

What could be doing this?

I just had the time belt job done, radiator, water pump and two coolant pipes that go to the transmission replaced. They also said they added transmission fluids.

Could they have botched my transmission?

It is an Audi A8 D2 1995 Model imported from Germany, pretty sure it is the 4 speed automatic transmission.

Have you checked the electronics box for water ingress? I had one last week which was very wet inside and causing all sorts of weird problems.

Can you connect to the TCU with VCDS?

Hi, I had a brief check and it looked dry. I called the place that did work on it and they are gonna have a look at it for free. Even paying for towing.

The car seems to be leaking radiator fluid as well which was supposed to be fixxed...

They better not have done that or they risk screwing up the quattro system as well. It should be put on a low-loader.

Ye it was put on a loader, I just used the word towing.

English is not my first language although I lived in England for about 3 years I am still always learning new words, especially in the auto-mobile world.
