Aux inputs on TV tuner

Hi Guys,

Tonight I tried to fit my iphone streaming gizmo only to find that the Aux in is not accepting a video signal.

The audio is ok so I need to investigate the problem, but for the life of me I can't find wiring diagrams for a aux input in elsawin or ebahn.

Am i being stupid?

If someone has the diagram and could post I would be very greatful

Wouldn't mind a link to people selling the harness either, cheers

Check them Del, they are absolutely top guys along the Kufatec, well known across the globe for their kits.
And in the mean time I will look for the diagrams and hopefully (but unfortunately by not finding it either) I will proof you are not stupid ;)

That's what I used and they work.
The video is just one pin and the audio already works, check the pin from the blue connector to the prong in the middle of the RCA video connector for continuity with a multimeter.
If that works try a different video source. eg many digital cameras come with a cable to show photos on a TV.
Do you have any picture? such as a black and white rolling one?
There is a PAL/NTSC setting in MMI if I remember correctly.

snap nearly has it, turn on the ipod and set it going, then go to the mmi and change the video settings, ussually changing them from pal to ntsc save it and then change it back will get it working.

dont know why it happens but it does

Cheers guys, I will have a look today at some point.

I'm hoping it's the pal/Ntsc thing as I don't really want to pull everything out of the media racks again

Update.....It was indeed the PAL/NTSC setting that was stopping it working.

You can see the results here

Cheers again chaps, would still like to know where the wiring diagram for it is though

I have a question .... i note there is an output on there .. can this be used to send the tv signal to the rear screens ?

As well as having the input for av1 to display the dvd in the front ?
