DeLorean to go Back to the Future by making cars again

For anyone who hasn't heard about this yet:

However, for Back to the Future fans eagerly hoping to get their hands on the iconic car, it will not come cheap. The company said it hopes to sell the cars for $80,000-$100,000 (£56,000-£70,000).
I would say £56K-£70K is pretty cheap for a car that's going to have a limited production run of just 300.

It's like déjà vu from the time a few years ago, and the thing was never that good in the first place. Although it could and should have been.

All IMO.

They are probably just popping back in time and bringing an original new car back to the future :ROFL:

Thats just brilliant! I wonder what they refuel the flux capacitor with? No doubt they would be overcharged for it on the motorway anyhow....

Very cool +++

I think If I had one that looked like that, I'd be tempted to drive past speed cameras and traffic police at exactly 88mph.

Funny how a DeLorean just looks right with all those after-market cosmetic modifications, while for most other vehicles non-OEM modifications are rarely an improvement. I wonder if the S8 in Ronin had been heavily modified (with, I don't know, rocket launchers or something) whether we'd all be rushing to replicate those modifications on our cars.

Was there a professor in white coat with wild hair driving it?
