Audi D2 a8/s8 wing mirrors
 

Set of chrome coloured (plastic) audi D2 s8/a8 wing mirrors, these will fit pre facelift models as they have the extra connectors. £50 delivered. Good condition no pics

Connections don't differ between PF and FL - Just whether they have memory, dimming, folding etc.

The shape however does matter. If its the housings, mechs and glass its less important as it will fit either, but would look wrong on one.

Pics are a must really unless you know the full spec of them +++

Thanks i'm sure ive seen some mirrors without the extra vertical connector? but hey ho, they are from a 1998 audi S8, it had power folding mirrors, memory module etc, didn't have dimming to my knowledge. Will get pics, but they will probs end up the bay of doom.

I replaced a mirror on my 1998 S8 and it had 2 connectors, one part of the unit and the other on a short lead. Both required.

It had all functions except dimming, but I think that's already in the wiring loom (in the mirror) by default but obviously needs the control system, in-car wiring and dimmable mirror glass. Pretty sure I saw the terminals to wire the glass to and they were cabled back to one of the connectors.
