My Tesla Model 3
Don't adjust your TV sets.....
My long running streak of VAG has come to an end, and indeed, my streak with fossil fuel as it happens. A combination of total frustration trying to find an Audi that was worth having (that I haven't already had), a need for some sort of transport, insanely tempting tax breaks and the desire for 'something a bit different' And its ticked all those boxes. I'll no doubt post a more detailed review in a while, but I'm 24 hours in, and no regrets as yet...... +++ |

Oh alright then..... +++ A huge thanks as well to Stephen for his support getting me to this point. The test drives, the info, the real life feedback. I wasn't ready 4 years ago. I wasn't ready last year, but circumstances came together to make this all a bit of a no brainer in the last month or two. It isn't an Audi. It isn't an A8. It isn't Germanic build quality (but a lot closer than you'd expect) and its a big departure from carrying round vagcom if I felt I wanted to get connected to my car..... I'm 72 hours in, and it does feel like I just bought front row seats to the future of motoring if i'm honest. |
Nice one Ian.
Ithink my next vehicle with be electric powered as it is starting to make more sense now. |
Having swapped from A8's, into a Q7, I think my next car maybe and Model X.... If I can make it all add up at the time.

Haven't yet found decent replacement for FL D2. Hope Tesla will hold it's value. Well, until VAG catch up with competing alternatives. Already upgrading my consumer unit to install charger +++ |
Very nice Ian congrats. +++
It is still powered via fossil fuel though. But you are right it is the future. |
