Considering selling my D2 sport

Reluctantly considering selling my D2 sport and would be interested to hear if anyone might be interested? Or indeed what you think it may be worth. Been offered £1350 from webuyanycar but at that money I will keep it.
pics shown were taken in 2018 when I bought it and it is still in good condition.
120,000 miles with history inc timing belt.
£700+ spent to pass last MOT
