Made it again

Somehow the old girl passed the MoT again. 27 years young. Poor old thing doesn’t get the mileage I’d like to put on it but it makes me appreciate it all the more when I do :)

Anyone got any handy dandy tips for dropping a front sub frame on a 2.8 without removing the engine? Would an engine support bar be sufficient to hold everything up whilst I drop the big metal bit?
