Yes it did, just had my 500 mile check, no issues...

Yes it did, just had my 500 mile check, no issues to report. The garage in question also do 12,000 mile check.

I just can't get over how smooth it drives now!!

Now fixed

Gearbox now reconditioned, £1,900 inc vat, 24000 mile/ 2 yerar warranty.

JT Automatics in Erith/ Kent. Cars drives like new now!!

I forgot to get the print out from Inde Tech, however on my invoice it says 'gear ratio faults'.

Inde tech have re-set the codes, it went back into limp after driving for around 5 mins. I'm...

Many thanks for all your replies, just spoke to a person over at A8 Parts and he said I would only get around £1250 for the car, so I am thinking maybe a rebuild.

My gearbox went into limp mode this morning. The car in question is a D2 S8 final edition. Mileage = 160,000. It has never had a gearbox service. Would a oil and filter change change...

Parked my S8 at an NCP car park, came back later in the afternoon. The car had been moved by one of the attendants. Yes you've guessed it, there was a lovely dent dent on the lip of the front left...
