check your heater control valve. There is a cord...

check your heater control valve. There is a cord that hooked into it near the middle firewall. you should be able to move that switch back and forth. If you can't then you need a new HCV.

Easy way is to get some clear silicone and go round all the bolts on the lights and make sure you do the strip that holds the number plate lights as well, Take the nuts off and put some goo on then...
